The upcoming Zoom meeting will cover Unit 4: Real Estate Agency and Unit 5: Real Estate Brokerage. We’ll discuss the Law of Agency, fiduciary duties, agency creation and termination, and different agency relationships like single, buyer, and dual agency. In brokerage, we’ll cover the roles of sponsoring and managing brokers, independent contractor classifications, license maintenance, advertising, and brokerage safety. We’ll also review compensation structures, commission disclosures, antitrust laws, and consumer protection measures like the Do Not Call Registry and CAN-SPAM compliance.
